A fine English William IV period rosewood timepiece mantel clock of rare small size with repoussé gilt mask and enamel dial and single fusee movement.

With original rosewood veneered wall bracket

Parkinson & Frodsham are listed on page 593 in Brian Loomes’ Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World: Complete 21st Century Edition .The firm was established in 1801 and worked from Change (= Exchange) Alley, London. They later moved to Budge Row, London till they ceased trading in 1947.
