A fine English mahogany bachelor’s chest of excellent colour and patination and in remarkably original condition. The piece consists of an original brushing slide and four long drawers graduating perfectly in size from top to bottom. It has original brass fretted plate handles and escutcheons. The chest stands on its original bold bracket feet and the oak drawer linings are well made with delicate dovetail joints.
