A superb George III period ebonised table clock. The 8-day brass dial movement has hour strike on a bell, inset datework within the dial centre and automaton figures of two tennis players batting a ball backwards and forwards in the arch. They are flanked by a windmill to the left and a man chopping wood on the right.
